5. Payment Terms

7. Data Protection and Backup

• Non-payment of fees

• Breach of your service agreement

9.3 Data Retrieval

Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data before it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
